Default Had a night terror two nights ago

Man I was so freaked out. I couldn't move and I like felt something pull on my hair as well as heard a dog with a jangling tag on a collar out in my living room. I was dreaming lucidly about being in bed and helpless to move, tried screaming and barely made a sound with a WHOLE LOT of effort. I really am worried it will happen again. I was afraid I had had a stroke or something. I sleep good last night, no weird dreams or sleep paralysis upon waking. I really freaked. Have any of you had this happen before?
