HI,
I fell asleep a little after 9:00 am and woke up now at 11:00 am and thought that I had missed the packers.

I called the company and they said that that are coming tomorrow:

Wed - pack August 12
Thurs - move August 13

I picked these dates before I was in the hospital.
Hubby phoned for these dates when I was in the hospital.
I'm confused.

Perhaps it is because we were working with two calendars (hard copy): 2008 and 2009.
We really were. When my friend called yesterday and told us we had our days wrong about something, we did not believe her. Then we saw that the calendar was the wrong year. She thought that we were nuts. Who has multiple versions of calendars around?

Oh. What a mess.

I just called him.
He is working on the bathroom fixtures in the new place and wants me to meet him and his buddy at the new place.
I hope that everything is going to be ok with this.
I need the move to be ok and I need him to be ok with me.

but i can appreciate the confusion you must be feeling.

Hi,
I'm sleep impaired and depressed.

The guy was nice.
He had a brand new car.
My car barely rubbed up his bumper but it left a mark.

I said to call our insurance companies.
He said that we would get points.
I said that I thought that would be best and that is how my husband would want to handle it.

It was hot.
I was having difficulty talking right -- I did not want it to be apparent that I was impaired (not having had sleep and not talking or acting right.)

I gave him my name and number because he said it was a small scrape and that his mechanic might be able to fix it without the insurance companies.



I'm overwhelmed.
I want to stay in this apt.

(I'm not 100% sure I gave him my number. I said it several times until it sounded right to me.
At any rate, we'll have a new number on the 13th.)

Good luck to you, mari! It sounds exciting, but nervewracking at the same time.

I'm a fellow CPAPer. Ugh. We have a love/hate relationship. But it keeps me breathing at night, so I tolerate it.

Hang in there Mari, it will work out. It was darn hot today it said on the news it felt like 99....Sheesh I don't remember it ever being this hot do you? I understand about wanting to stay where you are, I miss the house I grew up in a lot. *Sigh* sometimes we just have to learn to let go, doesn't mean we have to LIKE it...

Change is very hard on us.
I can relate totally.
When we moved here it was terrible for me.
Hubby had a new job and fellow co workers to meet and have lunch and I had nothing...I was a mess.
I remember how hard it was moving for you , can't believe that was 3 years ago...you have been married 3 too?
This nesting(new house) was non negotiable so that must still hurt.
I am sorry that you are having a hard time with all of this....I would love to help you if I could.

I really appreciate the good thoughts.

Hubby is calmer now.
He is doing better so that is better for me.

My sis advised me to seriously get sleep and rest -- even if I need to go to a hotel for a few days.
I told her that I am going to stay in bed while the packers are here in the morning.
They can't pack up the bed anyway. I'll stay out of their way.
