Hi Mari, thanks for thinking of me. I am okay. Had a couple of rough days, first I wasn't feeling good, I had some type of bug, then mentally I was down and out. Crying and all, my mom thought I was going to do something, like the big S. I had to cancel my PT, see below, and then wasn't up to going to my DV appt.

Mom is doing great.

I'll pull through.

Found out my PT cost's $30.00 per visit and they want me to go 2 to 3x a week and I cannot afford that. Don't know what I am going to do.

Maybe if I drop Sercure Horizons and just go with my Medicare it will be better, have to check that out on Tuesday. I also changed my Prescription Drug plan.

I sent my Father in Law a Xmas card, but didn't get one back yet, so I guess he thinks everything is my fault too. That really hurts. We were close, so everything my husband is going through I assume he feels is my fault too.

I heard that the probation my husband is on is a living hell for 18 months, he has to pay 50.00 per month for supervisored probation, and not sure the amount for the DV interaction classes 36 of them, I know back East it was 40.00 per class. Plus they can drop by where he lives anytime, no drinking, if they want they can call him at any time to go in. They can drug/drink test anytime. After the 18 months, he is 6 months of unsupervised probation, which will bring him to April 2008.
So he better not screw up. I talked to this woman prosecutor who is in a higher court but knows all about it.

Supposed to go meet some friends today at noon, i have some little Xmas gifts for them, nothing big. Supposed to go over a friends house tomorrow for a laid back Christmas, yet she has things to do in the morning, go to her inlaws and eat, so not sure if that is going to happen, I may end up home. My mom is making lasagna today.

I keep having dreams about him and I wake up like sitting up. Wish they would stop. All night I wake up on and off.

Anyway, have a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy, Healthy New Year.

Hugs, Nikko

Chat Hi Nikko,

I am glad you are doing better today. I think the stress catches up with us and melt downs can happen with emotions.

I will be thinking of everyone today ans the last minute plans for tonight take place. Just hours away and it will be all over.

Hugs to Nikko and all!
Di

Nikko,

How was your Christmas?

I wonder if my husband has to pay for his anger management classes and how many he has to go to. I really don't think it matters how many classes my husband has to go to because I really don't think he'll change.

Our agency has anger management classes and Batters group.
They are very costly to keep the program going and structured.

The door closes promtly you do not get in and it goes back to the Court as missed classes. They are not easy on them, they have to take ownership of what their feeds are, why they are there...they all come in saying, I don't know why I am here?

Well, a court ordered you is a good reason!
So much better then the slap on the wrist, now it is an in your face reality check.

They have to pay the cost of the D & A testing too, unless in the probation cost.It is a broad screen test too in our county.
I hope you all had a good day and lots of fond memories not any nasty ones creep in.
Hugs
Di

Heart Hi there

(((( Nikko! ))))

i am so glad you checked in!

i hadn't heard from you for a while (erhhem yeah i know, pot calling kettle black here).

i'm sorry these past days have been rough... all you need is a bug. and the not knowing if you can do the PT and more "legwork" to see how to set that up... grrr. can i be mad for you ?

i am glad you are safe and hope that mom's lasagna came out yummy, that sounds like a treat.

i'm thankful that the justice system came through... within the weak laws available.

you were so kind - loyal really - to send your F-in-law a card. If I may speak frankly... my view, as an outsider: I think it safest for you to "let him go" even if you were close, because ... as someone said when all this started... "blood is thicker than water" - may i pass from frankly to harshly: that's his boy, and you're a woman that married him and now his boy is in trouble.

i hope you will read this even if you don't feel like posting or writing.

want to send you lots an lots of love and hugs

~ waves ~ from ... just across the wire, really

Hi,
Thanks, and very True Waves, it did kind of upset me though. I even made all my Merry Christmas call's on Xmas and included my FIL which I didn't hear back from.

BF my husband has to pay $50.00 per month for probation. I am not sure about the DV class's but back East he had to pay $40.00 per class, but not a probation charge.

I have something else to post so I will, even though I am embarrassed and should know better.

Hugs, Nikko
