Default Tracking Charts

These 2 charts are really geared for Bi-Polar disorder. I hope you will find these useful.
I have been searching for a chart to track my symptoms and meds on a daily basis. I have found a couple charts that may be of great use to some of you. These are nice charts.

I truly do hope these will help those of you, like me, who need them. I still have not found my "Perfect" chart and am still looking.

http://www.moodtracker.com/
here is another good chart simple and easy to use, you have to register and it is free...I believe you can print out a chart to bring with you to your tdoc /pdoc appointments. and I think you can even give permission for them to read your journal entrys etc if you wish. It can also alert a friend or other if you self rate in the danger zone automatically if I recall correctly.
thanks for posting these!

Default Fantastic website

I just found this website this week and I really like the format. You can print everything and even have it E-mailed to your docs. Take a look and see what you think.

Default Thanks

Great resources. I have lived with this condition mostly under control so have never really tracked my symptoms, however as I get older I find my behaviour is more out of sync with my peers and am realizing just how much of my personality and habits have developed due to my condition. It's impossible to know what is 'normal' by others' standards though, so these charts should help me to get some kind of objectivity for myself or doctors.

Thanks!
