Tomorrow is my surgery and it can’t happen soon enough. I saw the breast cancer nurse and had some conflicting information sorted out - this included another visit to the surgeon on Tuesday where she examined me again and confirmed that they would do a needle guided wire insertion which I’m terrified of. She said they have to use a guide wire to assist the surgeon during my operation. I am scared ...because my breast (the one with the cancer) has grown and grown since the biopsy and its painful. I keep saying it’s all in my mind but I don’t think so.

I went for PAT today and my blood pressure was high, no wonder. I just want this done and over and out of me. Then the waiting begins for the results of the SN biopsy.

I had an absolutely awful time at work this week. I didn’t tell anyone what’s going on but the partners are throwing more and more work at me which all had deadlines and I just couldn’t get it all done. I’ve worked 12 hrs every day this week trying to get it all done which I don’t get paid for because I’m salary. I'm just so worn out it's unbelievable. He kept changing my priorities and I just couldn’t figure out what he wanted done first. He called me in his office today and wanted to know if something majorly catastrophic is happening at home, in his smart way. I lost it, said no and left the room in tears. Yes there’s something wrong but I couldn’t tell him.

If it wasn't for God, I don't think I could do this. Yes, I do trust in Him completely to take care of me. I have definitely put myself totally in His hands and I know I am never alone even though I am. I'm thankful for that and I thank Him every day.
