I saw this the other day and really liked it.
I find there are not alot of movies for adults out this time of year( or really any time of year!) It is the story of Stephen Hawking as told from the memoir his wife wrote. I did not know he had ALS because he is in his 70,s and I didn't think you could live that long with it. It is rather inspiring because he defied all odds and has led a rather amazing life. I don't want to spoil it so won't give details, other than to say, it appears he could never have accomplished what he did without the amazing dedication of his wife. Dealing with health issues, this movie should give everyone a shot of good old fashioned inspiration, not only for what he did, but for what she obviously did quietly in the background. Diandra |
