Thumbs up The Piano Guys: New Xmas music

The Piano Guys have a new CD out for Xmas 2013.
A Family Christmas

It includes the fabulous, haunting, stunning, "O Come, O Come Emmanuel"

It is available especially in two versions (with various extra tracks)
at Target and Amazon. The Target version is 12 tracks, with 4 extra...very generous IMO.

Previously only available digitally on MP3 at Amazon for download only.

We just ordered it thru Target at a very reasonable price and it was delivered to our home in the mail.

There are many YouTubes now of this group...some are funny/goofy spoofs, and some are breathtakingly beautiful, with nature settings etc.

How they met and formed their group is very interesting:

Beautiful and well done music... refreshing in these times, at least for me.

Lightbulb Kung Fu Piano: Piano Guys on the Great Wall:

This is a new one....Kung Fu Piano...on the Great wall of China.

The tempos change radically on this one.

This is mostly adapted Chopin, with some Chinese themes.

A very modern way to enjoy the classics.
From the ending looks like they are going to the "Seven Wonders of the World" !

This is a light version of Mozart + Mission Impossible...
+ Lindsey Stirling violin

My husband is a major fan of Lindsey, so it was cool to see her as a guest with The Piano Guys!

I am going to find the funny wedding one, as it is really good....

The Piano Guys and Lindsey Stirling have become popular mostly only thru YouTube.
