I like that show too! I think it's coming back but not sure when on network TV? I think Showtime has it in September sometime.

Default Am I a good person doing bad things or a bad person doing good things?

I am SOOOO geared up for this!! It's September 28th!!

I'm not sure what the plans for CBS to continue are but I thought it was a brilliant move for them to buy the rights to air it instead of putting on yet another reality show! I hope they continue so those who don't get Showtime can see this brilliant show. Another idea is to rent it if you don't get Showtime. It's even better without the edits!!! I think that Season 2 is available on DVD now...

WooHOO!!! That's Beary exciting!!

Sept. 28, huh? I'll be glued to the TV that night just waiting for the pick up from the final episode last season.

I'm not going to watch CBS's version as I would totally miss his sister's language (it fits with her personality). And I'm not one for gratuitous use of the "F" word either.

The Tivo is all set up....

Lightbulb you might like the Dexter books...

I have read all 3 of them. They are very interesting.
They follow the series pretty closely.

I bought the first season DVDs for $24 last fall.

I found by the 3rd book, the plot was getting a bit boring.
I don't have Showtime so I don't know what the 2nd season had for a story line, but the second book was pretty gruesome!

1) Darkly Dreaming Dexter
2) Dearly Devoted Dexter
3) Dexter in the Dark

by Jeff Lindsay

The 2nd season is 24.99 at Amazon. I think I'll ask for it for my B-day. I enjoy this series too.

I won't pay extra for movie channels so I hope it will come back to network TV. The darned DishNetwork already costs $48.95 a month just for the 150 or so channels.
