Okay, now this is very interesting! To me anyway.

Did you all see when Renny was sleep walking???? AND eating at the same time?? I kinda wondered about her behavior because I recognized it!!!!

I just read that Renny takes Ambien to sleep. I'm betting that the Ambien is responsible for her sleepwalking and sleep eating. It's what I did when I was taking Ambien! Serious...I would take the Ambien, go to bed. I'd wake up, oh whenever, and sometimes be on the couch with ice cream and chocolate spilled down the front of me. I would wake up in bed with food IN my mouth and all over me!! And I had absolutely no memory of doing it.

That sure explains to me about her 'sleep walking' and 'eating'!!!

I had to quit takin that stuff. Scared me when I woke up with food in my mouth half chewed one night! Well actually, more than one night until the doctor told me it was 'Ambien sleep-eating'.

I just watched a show on 20/20 about a sleep disorder where you eat when sleeping. Those poor people had no idea and gained a lot of weight. I forget what they did to stop getting up in their sleep.

What bothers me is Keesha and Memphis saw her get up and didn't follow her. lmao

LOL it was funny. Yes, it could be a sleep disorder but I'd bet a dolluh that it's the Ambien!!!

Well, she hardly walked anywhere but it was funny watching her. She had to get something to eat!!! And chocolate to boot. Seriously, taking that stuff can be scary!!!! It works, but...

And then again, maybe she's always been a sleepwalker.

I hope your daughter is doing ok. I know all about soccer injuries, my son started playing when he was 8 years old and played into his 30's.

He got kicked in the leg when he was 15 and I took him to the ER. The doctor didn't think a kick in the leg was any big deal but he did do an x-ray. He had a broken leg and was in a cast for 3 months. The ER doc was shocked.

Thanks for the overview of the show last night - Ended up in the ER with DD - first game of soccer season and she fell - thought she broke it but just a bad pull of the ligaments. I hate soccer season!!!! She is in the ER at least twice every year - usually it is cause she gets hit in the head!

So, I see the only thing I really missed was PeePaws fall in the pool and I can go and see that right now. Cool - so Thursday is the eviction?

I am headed to MA & NH for a couple of days but will be checking in at night!! Keep me posted. Will miss ya all!

Doody,

I bet it was the Ambien!!! I didn't know it could cause sleep walking but nothing surprises me anymore about meds. I took it for a while and then when they switched to Ambien CR, I couldn't afford it. It didn't make for a restful sleep and I had weird dreams. I switched to a cheaper med.

I didn't see Renny sleep walking but did see her making all the goodies last night. It was making me hungry watching it. All they did was eat and I didn't have any snacks in the house. I ate an orange.:(

I logged off NT so I could go to bed early last night. I checked on the live feeds and wound up staying up until 2:00 am. LOL I am sooo hooked on this show.:D

Ambien sleep-eat

"I put on over 100 pounds since I've been on Ambien," says Brenda Pobre, who couldn't figure out why she was gaining so much weight.

"I would wake up in the morning and there would be candy wrappers all around the bed," she says. "There would be crumbs in the bed. There would be all kinds of evidence that someone had been eating in the bed. But I had absolutely no recollection of it."

and more, ... rare, gimme a break!

The sleeping pill Ambien seems to unlock a primitive desire to eat in some patients, according to emerging medical case studies that describe how the drug's users sometimes sleepwalk into their kitchens, claw through their refrigerators like animals and consume calories ranging into the thousands.

Did I happen to mention the other rare side effects like...sleep DRIVING!? Don't think I did that but who the he!! knows!!! (I could have been driving around and stuffing my mouth at the same time, ROFL!)

sleep driving on Ambien

K, I'll shutup now about ambien. I LOVED the stuff otherwise, slept very well...apparently as I did eat and eat while asleep and didn't know it, LOLOL!
