Thumbs up The Invisible Wall, by Harry Bernstein

The Invisible Wall, by Harry Bernstein
This is an excellent book.

It's a true story of a young boy and his family in the pre-WWI England neighborhood he lived in.

The street they lived on had Jewish families on one side and Christian families on the other. It revolves around their life, and also a sad romance.

The author was 96 years old when it was published in 2007. A lifelong writer, this is his first "big" publication. If you read it, make sure you read the afterword too.
