The two main sites that stream full TV shows and full movies are www.hulu.com
and
www.sling.com.
Both of these sites are continually updated with current content and some first run episodes are posted the night before.
I was very impressed the first time I went to these sites. I'd say hulu has a little bit more full episode and movie content, but both are very valuable and most importantly FREE!

Yep Hulu is legal. I dont know much about Sling, I will look.
