Default When I miss my daily Iodine drops

I will end up with breast pain/tenderness. I've worked with iodine for more than 10 yrs and have been involved with thyroid and iodine groups and believe it is important for every tissue in our body, breasts included. There is a LOT of info out there on the deficiency in our population. Maybe not Japan. C

Well, this post is over 3 yrs old and I continue on my Iodine path, usually 1 drop daily in filtered water -- some times 2 drops of Iosol.

No mammograms for me, my grape seed ex and Iodine keep my breasts healthy.

Just realized that I've backed down with my Iodine drops and what I'm feeling most is more Fatigue. Iodine is so vital for our
thyroid and our thyroid is our body's thermostat, hot or cold, fast or slow.

I've been off some supplements and mostly due to the long rehabs I've been in for my knee and then covid struck and I didn't put it together and now I do. I've started up again daily at least 1 drop of Iodine and if I get some high iodine foods I put that into the
mix but I don't get high iodine foods, I try but fish is my go to and it's so pricey now and hard for me to get it more...

so many are not on the iodine issue and their docs are no help.

Here are 10 symptoms of Iodine Deficiency:

Iodine Deficiency: 10 Iodine Deficiency Symptoms

HypoT is a major one of Iodine Deficiency and table salt is not the answer,,,,,
