There was a sombre mood at the Sydney Cricket Ground yesterday, and it had little to do with the Australian team's desperate desire to win a Test against South Africa.
This was the day to remember Jane McGrath - and to honour her memory by supporting the foundation that carries her name and raises funds for breast cancer research.
Pink bandanas covered heads, necks, wrists, ankles.
They were tied around hard-hats, looped through belt buckles and stuffed into the tops of cowboy boots.
