I am actually a caregiver to my mother in law who has alzhimers. But MY mom has problems with low pottasium, and magnisum ( and I am sure I didn't spell either of those right ). They never have been able to find a cause for my Mom's low levels except for age and she has to take suppliments everyday and have her levels checked often.

I hope your Mom gets to doing better soon.
