Default Ex Husband With Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus HATEFUL

I have been my ex husband's caregiver for 4 years. He has normal pressure hydrocephalus and has had surgery to correct it. Since that time he has turned into the most hateful person I have ever met. He is only hateful to me, everyone else he is fine. I have been wondering if anyone else has dealt with this problem and if it is a symptom of this disease. HELP!!
