I was wondering if any other caregivers of TBI notice a difference in the way they talk, think etc because of living with a TBI family member.
I feel like I talk LOUDER and explain things too thoroughly to every one I talk to. The only analogy I can come up with is ... when a mother of small children talks baby-talk to everyone. You change the way you relate to your spouse and it carries over to everyday life. |
