We have not met here before but I read back a bit and I feel sincere sympathy for you at this time. Care givers face a special challenge when they grieve because their role in life is altered the moment they can no longer give care and must instead focus on their own needs.Its quite a shift.I think ,as Dorrie says you will be OK again..and for now here is a cyber hug.
