Default carers support groujp

hi there i care for my husband who has a brain injury and im rtying to set up a support group for carers in the uk for headway brain injury association .It is my first time trying anything like this and im interested to hear if anyone has any ideas of activities to do during a session and what people would want from a carers group so please rack your brains and help x
