Confused Uncontrollable Twitching

This is really hard to type My hand and especially my index finger had been twitching/shaking uncontrollably for a month now my mum just laughs but im worried because i cant feel it twitching/shaking unless i look at it and see that i am please help what is wrong?! p.s im only 14 years old so its not parkinsons i dont think
