Default Zoe got in to

On the 29th of January, 2007, Zoe has her appointment at Shriners in Greenville, SC.

This is very good news. The board of directors accepted her and she gets evaulated that day. We then will have a treatment plan and the 2nd opinion from a group with a damn good reputation and are truly non profit.

I am more than estatic!

Thumbs up

That's great, ((((((Kamie))))))!!

The Shriner's has an incredible reputation for kid-care. Good to know our Zoe-bug is getting the best care that she can.

I love the pictures -- the avatar, the siggie picture -- both your babies are so cute; I've got smochie marks all over my computer

You're doing a real good job, Kamie.

BIG HUGs (and love).

HOLY COW Kamie! How big is Nathaniel????? Matthew is only 2 days older than Nathaniel, and while he was IUGR, and isn't growing quite the way they want him too... your baby was way more premature, and much smaller than Matthew! WHAT are you feeding him?? (I'm DEAD serious... We have Matthew on 24 cal formula and he is just NOT growing!)

He is MAYBE 15 1/2 pounds at 7 1/2 months old...and I just don't know what else to do to put the weight on him! He is healthy in most ways, yes, he has hydro, yes he has probabe CP... but I always figured he was just fine... until I see your little guy... now I'm sort of freaking out!

Great pictures...BTW!

Dori,

Nathaniel weighs 20lbs and is only 24 inches long. He is quite stout and rolly polly. He is now near the top of the growth chart for weight but below the chart for height.

Zoe on the other hand was around 14 to 15 lbs at about 8 months but about 29 inches long. She is a bean pole. Zoe has always been below or at the bottom of the growth chart for weight but off the top of the charts for height.

Every child is different....even if they are related. I would not worry too much.

Nathaniel breastfeeds, takes Neosure from a bottle when I am not around, and he is on solids. I make his baby food myself with my food processor. Nathaniel eats infant cereal with fruit in the morning, a vegtable with some pasta and chicken broth for lunch, and a meat and a vegtable with pasta for dinner. He loves to eat with the family at the table for his meals.
