Default MG in Children

My daughter was diagnosed with MG last month and we are all having a hard time adjusting. She received her first treatment yesterday and the side effects are crazy. She was also sent home with a RX for Mestinon which also has some weird side effects. I have been told there is a list a mile long of medications you can not take while on Mestinon. My daughter also has an array of other issues that require different medication. Need to know ASAP!!! I'm scared to death of a sudden emergent reaction to the medication she was on before.....HELP!!!
