ARGH!! The rep called and said they have dicontinued the green plaid!!! I'm so flippin' mad! Oh well. Guess I'll be trying to make a girly cover for the chair. Why don't they make girly patterns for stuff like this. I mean HALF of the kids using this equipment are girls right? then why is everything blue, black, or green?

Heather- We have reduced Katie's shots to every other night and will recheck her levels in a month to see if they stay down. Jake's doing good.

How do you guys here about this stuff??? I never would have thought to put my daughter in a chair like this, especially as old as Katie is. I never even knew anything existed!! I thought they had to "outgrow" there stroller. But I have to tell you, I LOVE the idea!!! I think Paige could really benefit from some thing like this!! Hope it works well for Katie!!

Jake got a special needs stroller when he was 2. It was ordered by his pt. With Katie, because we knew she had problems, we didn't have the "wait and see" that we did with Jake. We got her in to see Jake's rehab med doc and she prescribed it. Also because I knew to ask for it. I knew she needed it. I told the doc and the therapist that she needed more suppport when eating, a secure/safe place to sit when I can't hold her, and a stroller where she didn't flop around. I actually wasn't looking yet for a stroller, but when thewy suggested it I was pleased. I was willing to wait for the stroller, but thankfully won't have to.
