Unhappy CP seizures need info on new meds??

my 7 yr old has Cereberal palsy. She has always had seizures lately they more frequent and more intense. Her latest MRI is showing signs of permanent brain damage. he is affraid that each seizure from now on will continue to cause permanent damage. We have tried different meds but none so far have helped. Because of her CP anything with balance side effects makes her day to day life dangerous. Falls are another concern. She has trouble standing or even sitting alone. Im overwhelmed I dont know what else to do or where else to turn any ideas or info are welcome. She is 7 yrs old has CP weighs only 40lbs has several seizures a week. If any of that helps...????
