For future reference, it is illegal for a child in elementary school or younger to be on the bus longer than 60 minutes one way. We went through this last year too and I did all the research on it. All I had to say to the transportation director was that Andrew is on the bus 75 minutes and I thought he couldn't be on longer than 60, it was changed in two days.

I've got the info somewhere, would just need to find it again.
