Default VNS maganets

Just as an FYI

A girlfriend of mine has two boys with the VNS and one of their magnets has broken, the plastic split front and back when he fell.

She called Cyberonics this afternoon and they are going to replace them free of charge.

She said it seemed like they were aware there was a problem with them and the only question she had was what the lot # was on the box. Mary didn't have the box but the rep wasn't to concerned.

Just FYI!
