I'm a parent advocate and I believe this would be considered a invasion
of the rights of the parents. But what I would do is call the State Nursing
association of school nurses and ask them why this is something the school
needs. I would guess they would then be giving the school a call and letting
them know its not.

I would also be wanting to know where in the federal law it states they have
the right or need of this information. I know of no place it does either.
