Default Autism

Hi everyone
Im a new member living in London and i,m glad to join you all. I have been blessed with an autistic boy who is 9yrs old. I really just want to know from other parents/specialists if diet plays a major role in the managing of autism. My son has speech and language issues as well as sensory which i've noticed have worsened, his school not helping much . Also what therapies/intervention do you recommend. Thank you any feedback much appreciated.

Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.
I'm sorry your questions went unanswered but the Children's Health Forum is a little slow sometimes.

You've probably already seen their site, but there is a very good organization in the UK...

The National Autistic Society - UK

There is an Autism Forum here at NT and there will be more Autism specific topics there to check out. Useful Sites - Aut NT

You may also find some useful information regarding your questions at the Autism Speaks site and the Latitudes site.

Autism Speaks - CAM

Autism Overview

All the best to you and your son.

Dr. Amy Yasko

Google her up, her protocol is amazing! Many autistic kids have been cured on her program. I am on Step One of the protocol and already I have seen huge improvements. I am an adult with Aspergers (and much more, I am now chronically due to late diagnosis).
