Hi all,
i don't know whether it is the right place to ask my question but I am sure someone here can help me on this. Last month my wife had her second delivery. There was something wrong with the delivery. I had to admit her in a well known hospital in Toronto. But I don't why this happened to her. The delivery was fixed on a Wednesday but due to some problems it was happened on Monday. On that day morning, the doctor called me and asked to give permission for an assisted birth. I was completely unaware about that topic. He told me that it is the best option for my wife and finally I had to agree with him. But after the delivery I found a round like swelling on my baby's head.I asked about this to the doctor and he told me that it is normal. After few days my wife got discharged from hospital. But my baby's health become pretty bad and he had admitted in hospital several times. One of my family doctor said that my son has problems with his brain and spinal chord and he named something for that. He is admitted in a special hospital in Toronto. When I talked about this with my friends, they told me to sue a case against the doctor who had attended the delivery. They suggested me to consult with personal injury law firm **. I don't know what to do on this situation. Any advise? |

You should get the hospital records , and ask for more details from the drs on what the injuries or the problems are with the baby.
[ problems with his brain and spinal chord and he named something for that] It may be something that was or wasn't caused during delivery...
