Default I've got the diastat ready... :-(

I've been sick as a dog the last 2 days. It actually started out quite funny. Mike and I went to bed I lay down, look at him and say, I think I'm gonna throw up and ran for the toilet.

I spent Thursday night and Friday morning throwing up every half hour. Fever, chills, headache, the works. I begged Mike to stay home from work with the kids. He ended up going in at 3am and coming home at 8 and got Jake ready for school and took care of Katie. I stayed in bed all day. My fever broke around 5 am this morning, but now I'm dealing with "the other end". But at least I'm not throwing up.

So, now this morning ... Katie has been very irratable. Nothing is satisfying her. She just wants to nurse, even when she's not getting anything. So I am guessing she's gonna get sick tonight.

She's only been sick twice in her life. She's had seizures both times. She's had 3 seizures (one was from her vaccinations) They were extremely scarey lasting 3-5 minutes and she stopped breathing. Her EEG is worse now that it was with the first seizures, so I am worried. BUT she is now on Trileptal so maybe that will help, but I've already started the motrin and I have the diastat out and ready.
