Default Has anyone had any experience with concussions with their kids?

Any advice or help would be appreciated. I have three kids who have played contact sports for years and my 10 year old just got a concussion from wrestling. I am worried because he had 3 days where he was symptom free about 1 week after the incident and now today he had severe headaches. He did go back to school today so Im assuming that is why but is it normal to go symptom free for a few days and for them to come back? Thanks.
