Caroline, my mother (in NZ) used a homeopathic remedy for her untreatable cancer. It did not work (life is full of surprises).

She told her doctor who, like all doctors I know, follows the precepts of evidence-based medicine. He and his colleagues gave her three years of life she would not otherwise have had. I am grateful to them for that

Can you provide a single example of when an evidence-free belief in homeopathy has been of the slightest use in treatment of any serious illness?
