Ok, we ditched the Rozerem...
So what is available that safe for children? or at least has been studied and has a list of things to look out for... What about something natural? We have done Melatonin off and on for a year (or longer?) I am at my wits end, we have done all of the typical bed time routines, and rules... in the total silent dark she plays with her feet, fidigits with the blankets that will last about an hour before the vocalizations start, those can last for hours. story time, quiet activities, nothing with sugar or caffine, bla bla bla... I am lost ...and desperate...
