Default non epileptic seizures

austi has what apears to be complex partial seizures, we got him in for a 72 hr BVEEG which recorded several events each night he was there but there was no abnorality in his eeg. there is some speculations that it is metabolic but so fare the only issue we have found in he hs hypoglycemia of which his sugars are normal during the spells. he is microcephalic any one have idea as what else nes tobe done heh as already had a mri which was normal as well.
