Thank you all so much.. Yea, Jacob is the nephew that may as well be my son. He and his older sister spend more time with me than with their mom and dad..
Jacob calls Robert "uncle daddy" We have tried to get him to say uncle rob, or uncle robert, but uncle daddy is here to stay... he was calling him daddy for the longest time, he hears my children say daddy, so what else would he think? We have reached a comprimise and given up on the "norm" of uncle rob... You should see the looks we get in public.. Jake is doing great.. you would never know anything happened... which is what worries me the most.... patience, I need some patience..
