I found this article while Googling former doctors. The man was on staff at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a professor at Medical College of Wisconsin, both in Milwaukee. I took my daughter to see this man as a 2nd opinion in May 2005 at Comer Children's Hospital in Chicago, part of the University of Chicago Hospitals.

This is so sick! I am from Wisconsin and we go to Children's hospital for Caitlin's issues!! GROSS! Now I know why I take her to only women doctors!!! (Her neurosurgeon, ped, physiatrist, and PT are all women!!) The gender was not really a deliberate thing with me, but seeing stuff like this makes me think when choosing providers in the future I might keep this in mind. I do worry about such perverts in the world with Caitlin being so cute and pretty much defenseless (though she can bite something wicked when fighting with her brother!).
