Lightbulb Keto Treats for Valentine's Day

A couple of Keto treats for Valentine's Day:

For all of you who celebrate Valentine’s Day and want to make it special for your little ones, how do we do that for a Keto Kid? Just to give you some ideas .....

1. An ideal treat for any time of year is sugar free jelly - you can go pink and even heart shaped for Valentine's day. (Don't forget to add your liquigen or calogen to those as well) If you use half the water with sugar free jelly you can make them into "Jelly Jigglers" - more of a wine gum consistancy. Another favourite is Keto chocolates. Talking of which...

2. The Keto "Bounty" Bar which was done by one of our parents - Paula Yates. She mixed dessicated coconut, coconut cream, double cream with a small amount of cocoa and sweetener. You could also try Keto Coconut Ice made with solid blocks of coconut cream which is high in fat. Colour it pink and add your liquid sweetener! So there are lots of different ideas to come up with and if you need any more, then do not hesitate to pop a message on the forum - you'll always get a response on there.
