Default MRI report

Hi, I have a copy of my 8 year old daughters MRI report that I am about to send to a Dr. to see if he would test her for sotos syndrome. She is undiagnosed and we have been searching for years. She has severe MR, seizures, hypotonia etc. Can someone explain what some of these terms mean?
Mild diffuse cortical dysplastic changes involving both cerebral hemispheres.
Mild hypo myelination of the white matter both cerebral hemispheres
Mild periventricular gliosis without hypoplasia the corpus callosum
Thanks so much for any help anyone can give. Cheryl
