Hi Colours,

I've had migranes for as long as I can remember. About 2 years ago my neurologist suggested I try Imigran. I use to end up in hospital for a day with terrible migranes. I now take an Imigran as soon as I feel one comming on, and they do work very well for me. I don't know of any side effects, but I can undertand you being scared of taking meds, I am on so many, just to keep me well, its frustrating but a way of life for me unfortunatley.
You're right, it would be nice to know what is causing the migranes, rather than just cover up the cause.
Hope you get the answers you need
take care
Kate
