Spencer's Developmental Ped recommended we take Spencer to St. Louis for a 2nd opinion. We were hoping one of you have a working relationship with Dr. Mantovani and could provide us your thoughts on him.
Are you happy? Does he listen to you? Do you feel part of the team? Does he give you reasonable advice? Is he medicine happy? Other comments. |

Which hospital in St Louis? Noah has specialists at St Louis Children's Hospital and we travel there at least once per year. I don't recognize that name though.

St. Johns Mercy
Who do you see for Neuro? Are you happy? Our Dev Ped really wanted us to see a Neuro that treats kiddos with mito since Spencer has the 2 hit thing going: underlying mild mito with vaccine injury as the dominant. |

Noah sees two neurologists at St Louis Childrens and I love both of them.
Dr Brunstrom is the director of the CP center and has CP herself. She acts more as a rehab doctor than a neurologist but is wonderful. Dr Thio manages Noah's seizures. He is probably my most favorite doctor ever. He ALWAYS returns phone calls - usually personally. I have never seen a doctor more devoted to his patients. Lori |
