Default NEWBIE with EMPI Tens unit NEED HELP on error code

Hello, Im new here, looks like a great forum. I will go over what happened to me in my next post. BUT I have a problem that needs attention first. I have a new TENS unit from EMPI and it shows an error code that I have NO clue what it means. Ive attached a pic to show you. PLEASE help me get this working again.. thanks.... and Hello.....Michael....

I can't read it - did you do a Google or search of the error code to see if you can find it online somewhere?

Do you have the booklet ? maybe it would have the info you need?

loose wires, connections, reset button?, pull out the batteries to reset it???? just guessing on these.

maybe one of the leads has a bad/broken wire ?

Hi Michael, and welcome!

I have the exact same unit. If you PM me I will get my book out and we can figure it out together. Until then, you can try to take the batteries out for a few hours, then use the buttons on the bottom (which show witch area of your body you want to use it on). That changes the type of stimulation you get (pulsating, constant, short bursts etc.) I'm assuming that you cannot use it al all with the error code.

I also have a person at EMPI that calls me each month to check on my supplies. I will give you her number if you want. They are all very friendly and helpful there.
