have you ever googled scrambler therapy?
it seams to be a new electrical therapy that is now in use by massey ,mayo, the va, dod and many collage medical centers in the states and over seas, its called calmare mc5-a and was a clinical study at the asco in chicago by dr smith of massey clinic
it from reports works on many different types of pain by confusing the brain
