Hi, I have seen a dozen Dr's. but still no diagnosis.
It started four years ago when I was only 18 years old. The pain has persisted 24/7 it's always there. Some periods of time (a month or a few months) are worse than others. If i've been sitting in class for an hour and then stand up all of my bones "CRACK"- it sounds like an old person trying to get up- friends all notice it. The joints are tight/stiff/sore as if I had been beaten up in an intense sport the day before. Stretching, Cardio, and hot tub provide temporary relief. I spend 1-3 hours stretching/yoga every day when I get home because my body hurts so much. Neck, shoulders, upper back, fingers and toes hurt the most. Anyone heard of similar symptoms? |
