Default any woman ever strain their breastbone?

This musculoskeletal pain is called costochondritis, and the major symptom is major pain in the chest that mimics a heart attack, but its origin is in the breastbone. I must have lifted something too heavy, and now this is a daily pain. I was seen in the ER on wed just to be safe, and was told that iboprofen should help the pain. Sometimes it does. I just wish I knew how long this would last as I am under a "no heavy lifting" restriction for now. I do see my primary care for follow up on mon.
