I guess it depends on what you call "mega".
B5 RDA is 5mg a day. You take 500... so you take 100 times the RDA. The B12 mega is 90% non-absorbed orally, so even though it appears to be mega, it is not. I think your dosing is quite high, compared to what most people consume in this country daily.
