Default I just found the greatest product !

If you are reliant on heat or ice packs like I am......

I have pain just to the left of T1. I spend most of my time in a high backed chair so I can keep the ice pack firmly against the area. I have tried using belts and rope to secure it (but they tend to strangle me when I try to sleep with it. I have tried clipping the ice pack to my bra straps. Nothing has really been satisfactory. I was just at a store (Ocean State Job Lot....for those of you in the New England area) and found an instant heat pack that can be reheated in boiling water, a microwave or frozen in the freezer. It is about 5 inches by 10 inches for the pad, then has straps on each end that velcro together. I think it is meant to use on your lower back and strap around your tummy. I am using it over my left collarbone to cover that area down to the bad pain spot and then strapping under my right arm.....and it is working out awesome ! The product is called Nice and Hot. Their website is NICEnHot.com. At Ocean State, they are only $4 a pop. I'm soooooo happy !

Hi Razz,

I got your email and have been trying in vain to find something. "NICEnHot.com" is exactly how it is written on the packaging. I have googled every derivative of that I can think of, but came up with nothing (other than a bunch of "fresh" myspace and prono links ).

The package says......Nice & Hot.....the pad that heats in a snap. Googling "the pad that heats in a snap" did show this link http://cgi.ebay.com/Headache-Reusabl...QQcmdZViewItem to the face mask version of the product. I have not been able to find this product anywhere on the net. It says it is imported by Lankota, Inc. It appears that Lankota only deals with farming equipment . Lankota did not return my email. I have honestly never had such a frustrating and unproductive time trying to find info on a product.....WEIRD !

All I can say is, there are 80 Ocean State Job Lots in the New England area.....if you know anyone who lives around here. The store has a website, but does not sell over the internet.

Sorry for the false alarm
