Default 3 years later still in pain new mri

can anyone tell me if they notice any nerve damage in this mri

Hi ~ Nerve damage isn't something you can "see" on an MRI or X-ray. It's usually diagnosed by the symptoms, i.e. burning & tingling, numbness, etc.

From the looks of your MRI, it looks like you have a disc that is protruding, plus perhaps some spinal stenosis. What does your doctor say?
