Default chronic knee pain!! HELP

PLease Help!!

For a month now I have been experiencing pain the back of my knees while standing, walking to much and sometimes after the gym or yoga???? I do have lower back pains and pinch nerve not sure if that has anything to do with it! I also have fallen arches and planter fascitis!! I am schedule to a ortho surgen!! Any advise????
