I think they can do that? I would get into the pain clinic asap. They should be able to offer alot more help you with your pain. I had a triple fusion on my low back 2 years ago and not getting much relief from norco, taking five a day and my dr. does not like that to much and he is sending me to the pain clinic. good luck.
