Default Vitamin B12 Blood Level

My symptom from my original post is here

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread165327.html

back in October 20120, I have the following test

Vitamin B12
==============
1277 pg/mL
Flag: H
Range: 245-894

also

Folate
=============
>20.0 ng/mL
Range > 7.2

At that time, I don't remember if I was taking any b12 vitamin or not. I used to take the sublangual b12,

The doctor simply told me at that time to stop taking vitamin.

there are so much info about what can cause b12 level to be high in the blood,

can someone provide additional information about that

when I do my next test, I will include b12

I also want to know if my symptom can be a part of b12 elevation in the blood
