You don't always have to use a whole bottle.

Sometimes 1/4 is enough for most people.

The whole bottle is for cleaning out the intestine for X-ray exams and other tests.

You could consider taking a magnesium supplement long term for a host of other benefits, as it is vital for every cells' function, and typically 70-80% of us don't have enough of it.
Best thing ever for muscle aches and pains, and migraine sufferers report success with it also.
I take mag chloride in water, and it keeps me regular.

I've found that walking every day helps me stay regular. Moves the insides, helps everything make its way down the chute.

Mag Citrate is what they use for colonoscopys . I have to drink 2 bottles ... I too also keep a bottle on hand .. I have been using Milk of mag
